Launch pieces use durable stainless steel, silver-tone finishes, and PVD gold-tone finishes. Each product page lists the specific finish for that keepsake.

Self-fill pieces are designed so you can add a small remembrance at home when you are ready. The included kit provides simple tools and clear instructions; you do not need to mail ashes or fur back to us for those pieces.

We offer pieces that do not require ashes, such as paw print jewelry, name or date pieces, and photo lockets. You can also order the When You Are Ready Kit to keep the option open without pressure.

We offer a 30-day support window from the date of delivery. If your keepsake arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will work to make it right.

Yes. If you would like a different piece, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange.

Yes. Every keepsake ships in a beautiful gift box with a care card. It arrives ready to gift without additional wrapping.

Yes, you can add a gift message at checkout. The message will be printed on a card and included with the gift.

Digital gift cards are not part of the current MorrowPaw launch. For now, the When You Are Ready Kit is the best low-pressure gift option.

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Your order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.
